This Privacy Policy explains how Bithaven Capital Management, LLC (“EasyProposal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the EasyProposal.ai website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1 Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information — your name, email address, company or station name, and login credentials when you create an account.
• Billing information — when you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details such as your plan, billing status, and the last four digits of your card.
• Proposal content — the information you enter to build proposals, including advertiser and client details, rates, packages, branding, and any text or notes you add.
• Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support or otherwise correspond with us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, such as features used, pages viewed, and actions taken.
• Device and log data — your IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. See Section 6.

2 How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating your proposals and documents;
• Process subscriptions, payments, and free trials, and manage your account;
• Generate AI-assisted content at your request (see Section 4);
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Improve and develop the Service, including analyzing usage and fixing problems;
• Send you service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates;
• Protect the security and integrity of the Service and comply with legal obligations.

3 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers. We work with third parties that help us run the Service, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and database services (such as Supabase and Vercel), AI content generation (see Section 4), and analytics. These providers may access information only to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EasyProposal, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your direction or consent. We share information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.

4 AI-generated content

When you use AI features to draft scripts, strategy, or copy, the inputs you submit for that purpose are sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) to generate the requested content and return it to you.

Content submitted for AI generation is processed under commercial terms that do not use your content to train the provider’s AI models. You are responsible for the content you submit and should avoid entering information you are not permitted to share. See our Terms of Service for more on how AI output may be used.

5 Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works. If we use third-party analytics, those providers may set their own cookies subject to their privacy policies.

6 Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 8. Some information may be retained in backups or as required by law for a limited period after deletion.

7 Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8 Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain uses.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to or deletion of their personal information; to correct inaccurate information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

9 Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10 Third-party links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11 Where your information is processed

The Service is operated in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
